In this role as a member of our CAAS group, you will be providing Payroll accounting services for our outsourced clients.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent years of relevant work experience

  • Payroll experience - Payroll process, Tax, and Regulations

  • Self-starter and willingness to learn

  • Able to multitask

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel)

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational/time management skills

Qualifications:

  • Process payroll for a designated group of clients accurately and on time

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations

  • Handle payroll inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner

  • Reconcile payroll-related accounts

  • Assist with payroll audits and any related documentation as needed

  • Stay updated on payroll best practices and industry changes to ensure compliance

Pay range: $22.00-$26.00/hour
