In this role as a member of our CAAS group, you will be providing Payroll accounting services for our outsourced clients.
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Payroll experience - Payroll process, Tax, and Regulations
Self-starter and willingness to learn
Able to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
Excellent attention to detail
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational/time management skills
Qualifications:
Process payroll for a designated group of clients accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
Handle payroll inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner
Reconcile payroll-related accounts
Assist with payroll audits and any related documentation as needed
Stay updated on payroll best practices and industry changes to ensure compliance
Pay range: $22.00-$26.00/hour
