About the Role:
Confluent is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Payroll Analyst to support our payrolls
across APJ, ensuring accurate and timely payroll. You will work with our payroll vendors,
internal partners and end-users, supporting daily activities, identifying opportunities for
improvement, supporting our project roadmap and ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.
The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of experience within Payroll at a multinational publicly
traded company. Due to the fast-paced and high growth nature of the Company, the candidate
must be adaptable, have strong organization and communication skills, and a willingness to roll
up their sleeves along with a “can do” attitude
What You Will Do:
Support the distribution and review of payrolls within the APAC regions
Daily employee support using our enquiry ticketing system (JIRA)
Completion and adherence to payroll processing checklists and SLA’s
Ensure operational and SOX controls are properly performed within the payroll process
Enter approved payroll payments into our global banking platform
Prepare the monthly accounting journal entries to pass to the international accounting teams
Prepare payroll reconciliations as required
Assist with monthly fluxes and provided detailed support with/to the international
accounting teamSupport the transition to a global payroll service provider
What You Will Bring:
Experience of processing payroll in APAC regions experience
Understanding of case management tools, Service Level Agreements and metrics
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain confidentiality in all assignments and in all information obtained
Experience in a rapid-growth start-up environment
Experience working in a Shared Services environment
Note :- This will be 9 months Contract role
