Location: Throughout St. Louis County & St. Charles County, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Afternoon & Evening Availability Required

💡 What You’ll Do

As a BCBA or BCaBA at BehaveAbility, you’ll make a lasting difference in your community by:

  • Conducting intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs

  • Providing 1:1 behavioral therapy in school settings, with occasional in-home or community-based sessions

  • Monitoring client progress and making data-driven adjustments to intervention plans

  • Collaborating closely with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support

  • Maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

🎓 What You Bring

  • BCBA or BCaBA certification (preferred)

  • Missouri Behavior Analyst Licensure (provisional licensure will be considered)

  • Experience providing ABA therapy for children

  • Excellent communication, clinical, and collaboration skills

  • Reliable transportation for travel between school sites
