Location: Throughout St. Louis County & St. Charles County, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Afternoon & Evening Availability Required

💡 What You’ll Do
As a BCBA or BCaBA at BehaveAbility, you’ll make a lasting difference in your community by:
Conducting intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
Providing 1:1 behavioral therapy in school settings, with occasional in-home or community-based sessions
Monitoring client progress and making data-driven adjustments to intervention plans
Collaborating closely with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
Maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
🎓 What You Bring
BCBA or BCaBA certification (preferred)
Missouri Behavior Analyst Licensure (provisional licensure will be considered)
Experience providing ABA therapy for children
Excellent communication, clinical, and collaboration skills
Reliable transportation for travel between school sites
