We are hiring Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale Facebook and Google advertising campaigns. -Your Responsibilities: Manage, launch, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and translate data into clear, actionable insights Adjust budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and targeting to improve CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS Test and refine ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify and scale high-performing campaigns Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and effective Keep up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and new paid media opportunities -What Sets You Apart Educational background in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -What We Offer A collaborative and supportive team culture The flexibility to test ideas, experiment with strategies, and continuously improve results Fully remote work with flexible working hours The opportunity to work on impactful projects with brands across a variety of industries-How to ApplyPlease send your CV to: hr@dsocialglobal.com
