We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale performance-driven campaigns across Google s ecosystem. This role focuses exclusively on Google Ads and is ideal for someone who is analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented. You will work closely with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to deliver measurable growth for brands across multiple industries and global markets. Your Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) Monitor performance daily and turn data into clear, actionable insights Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, keywords, audiences, and creatives to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures Manage and improve conversion tracking using Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager Analyze funnel performance and identify scaling opportunities Prepare performance reports and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, policies, and best practices What Sets You Apart Background in Marketing, Advertising, Data, or a related field Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns Strong understanding of: Google Ads account structure & bidding strategies Keyword research & search intent Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Tag Manager Conversion tracking & attribution Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once Experience running campaigns for international markets is a plus What We Offer Fully remote work with flexible working hours Opportunity to manage performance-focused, global campaigns Freedom to test, experiment, and scale winning strategies Collaborative, fast-growing agency environment Long-term growth opportunities based on performance How to Apply Please send your CV along with Google Ads case studies or campaign examples (including goals and results) to: hr@dsocialglobal.com
