We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead to own the Logistics and Supply Chain Management (SCM) workstream for a greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation for a fast-growing client.This is a greenfield implementation from a process and configuration standpoint — there is no legacy SCM configuration to reverse-engineer or carry forward, and the opportunity is to stand up Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management, Order Management, Indirect Procurement and related logistics processes from a blank slate, configured to Oracle standard wherever possible. Data is a different story: item, article, inventory, and other master and historical data still needs to be extracted, transformed, and loaded (ETL) from the client's legacy ERP into Oracle Fusion, and this role supports that migration effort alongside the functional design work.This is a highly cross-functional, business-facing role. You will run discovery and design workshops directly with logistics, supply chain, and procurement stakeholders — including ownership of the Indirect Procurement value stream — translate their requirements into working Oracle Fusion design and configuration, and own the documentation trail from business requirement through configuration and test. You will also own the integration design connecting Oracle Fusion to Shopify for e-commerce order and inventory synchronization, and to the client'swarehouse management system(s) for outbound and inbound logistics — alongside integration with adjacent Oracle Fusion modules as applicable.This is a nearshore delivery role, based in Mexico or Brazil, working in a remote-first model alongside Tessera's distributed FDE delivery and AI engineering teams.
