Recruiting Programs Manager

About the Role
Tessera Labs is scaling quickly, and we need someone to own the systems, processes, and programs that keep it running well. This contract role is focused on getting full value out of our recruiting technology stack, including our recently upgraded ATS (Ashby), rebuilding how we train and calibrate interviewers, and building the infrastructure that lets Recruiting operate with consistency and scale.
What You'll Do
Recruiting Systems & Tool Optimization
Own and continuously improve components of our recruiting technology stack (ATS, scheduling platforms, assessments, etc.) by identifying gaps, evaluating processes, and creating impact in partnership with systems teams.
Manage vendor relationships for all talent acquisition technologies.
Process Design & Implementation
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and simplification.
Leverage insights to design streamlined workflows that reduce manual effort and improve quality and consistency across global teams.
Data Analysis & Insights
Leverage recruiting and operational data to identify trends, monitor performance, and develop actionable insights.
Drive accountability around metric adoption, reporting integrity, and operational efficiency.
Resource & Knowledge Management
Oversee the development and governance of process documentation, training materials, and self-serve knowledge resources.
Ensure accessibility, accuracy, and usability across teams.
Interviewer Systems & Efficacy
Design the systems, structures, and standards that make interviewing reliably great: how we train interviewers, how we measure their effectiveness, how we calibrate quality over time, and how we continuously raise the bar.
Build programs including Interviewer 101, Hiring Manager Training, and functional interviewer certifications tailored to specific teams.
Recruiting Team Onboarding & Enablement
Build and run programs that get new recruiters up to speed quickly and keep the team operating at a high level.
Cross-Functional Playbooks & Infrastructure
Build the processes, communications, and coordination frameworks that help Recruiting run with more consistency, clarity, and scale.
ATS Administration (Ashby)
Own day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of our ATS, Ashby, to keep workflows clear, consistent, and easy to use.
