Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead — Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Greenfield Oracle Fusion Implementation
Company Tessera Labs AI
Role Type Senior consulting engagement — full-time or contract, workstream-critical role
Location Nearshore, based in Mexico or Brazil — remote-based delivery model; excellent business
English required for direct engagement with client stakeholders and leadership
Reports To Program Director / Engagement Lead, Tessera Labs AI
About the Role
Tessera Labs AI is a technology product firm delivering next-generation, AI-accelerated enterprise transformation programs. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead to own the Logistics and Supply Chain Management (SCM) workstream for a greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation for a fast-growing client.
This is a greenfield implementation from a process and configuration standpoint — there is no legacy SCM configuration to reverse-engineer or carry forward, and the opportunity is to stand up Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management, Order Management, Indirect Procurement and related logistics processes from a blank slate, configured to Oracle standard wherever possible. Data is a different story: item, article, inventory, and other master and historical data still needs to be extracted, transformed, and loaded (ETL) from the client's legacy ERP into Oracle Fusion, and this role supports that migration effort alongside the functional design work.
This is a highly cross-functional, business-facing role. You will run discovery and design workshops directly with logistics, supply chain, and procurement stakeholders — including ownership of the Indirect Procurement value stream — translate their requirements into working Oracle Fusion design and configuration, and own the documentation trail from business requirement through configuration and test. You will also own the integration design connecting Oracle Fusion to Shopify for e-commerce order and inventory synchronization, and to the client'swarehouse management system(s) for outbound and inbound logistics — alongside integration with adjacent Oracle Fusion modules as applicable.
This is a nearshore delivery role, based in Mexico or Brazil, working in a remote-first model alongside Tessera's distributed FDE delivery and AI engineering teams. Because you will be running workshops and presenting directly tobusiness stakeholders and client leadership, excellent business English — spoken and written — is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate business process workshops with logistics, supply chain, procurement, and operations stakeholders to capture requirements for a greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, spanning Inventory Management, Order Management, Indirect Procurement, and related logistics processes.
• Own end-to-end functional configuration of Oracle Fusion modules — Inventory Management, Order
Management, and Procurement, with particular ownership of the Indirect Procurement value stream,
translating workshop outcomes into a working, standard-first system design.
• Configure and maintain the Oracle article/item master setup in line with fashion and apparel industry best practices (e.g., style, color, and size hierarchies, seasonal and pre-pack/kit structures) and Oracle Retail conventions.
