About the Role:
As part of our rapid growth, we're seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager who excels in operational discipline and data-driven decisions, and has a deep passion for developing early-career sales talent. Your mission will be to cultivate an environment of collective achievement and fulfillment, with a strong focus on coaching and accountability. Your responsibilities will include optimizing our Inbound program to enhance lead conversions and efficiency, alongside driving initiatives that strengthen team cohesion.
What You Will Do:
Lead a team of Inbound SDRs responsible for qualifying inbound leads and converting them into productive meetings and pipeline for our sales team
Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and coach SDRs, with a strong emphasis on attracting and retaining top talent
Enhance each team member's knowledge and skills related to sales, our products, and the industry, fostering their professional growth
Identify and act on opportunities to improve processes and structures, thereby increasing efficiency. This will involve collaborative efforts across different departments and stakeholders to implement necessary changes
Monitor and ensure that the team achieves its monthly and quarterly targets
Ensure the effective use of Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and chatbots
What You Will Bring:
1+ years of experience managing sales development team in a SaaS company
1-3+ years experience in a closing, quota carrying role
Familiarity with or previously worked at a company in the Big Data/Open Source space
Proven track record of managing to core KPI’s
Success in overachieving quotas and targets
Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives at scale
Excellent communication, teamwork and people management skills
