Legal Counsel

We are seeking a detail-oriented and competent Legal Counsel to join our client s team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to advise on a wide range of legal matters. You will play a key role in ensuring the organization s compliance, managing legal risks, and supporting business operations with clear, practical legal guidance.Location: Remote or on-site, depending on company requirementsJob ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and support across various departmentsDraft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentsEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policiesConduct legal research and monitor changes in relevant laws and regulationsManage external counsel and coordinate on complex legal mattersSupport risk management initiatives and assist in resolving legal disputesGuide internal stakeholders on legal procedures and best practicesRequirementsBachelor s degree in Law; Juris Doctor or equivalent preferredLicensed to practice law in applicable jurisdictionProven experience as Legal Counsel or similar legal roleStrong knowledge of corporate, contract, and regulatory lawExcellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsHigh level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgmentMinimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. A functioning webcam.
