⭐️ The Role

We’re looking for a top notch GTM Associate. Someone commercially curious, intellectually sharp, and eager to learn. Everything you do will be working towards generating high quality leads for the sales team to turn into deals.

If you have a genuine interest in:

  • Working directly with founders

  • Growing a business from the ground up

  • World class training and onboarding

  • Working for a VC-Backed start-up or quickly scaling company

  • Building GTM systems from scratch

  • Working with Tech Tools (eg. Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Apollo, and more)

🛠️What You’ll Do

  • Design GTM systems starting from business outcomes

  • Automate workflows across CRMs, Zapier, Make, and other tools

  • Build, enrich, and qualify prospect lists (Clay, Apollo)

  • Set up campaigns, email infrastructure, and dashboards to track performance

  • Test, measure, and iterate on processes for efficiency

  • Document and explain your decisions clearly

  • Work in a low-ego, collaborative and high-growth environment

  • Have a direct impact on business outcomes from day 1
