The Role

We are looking for a tech-literate builder to support Vion, our Co-Founder (and Go-To-Market Expert), in designing and implementing systems that power sales and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who likes tinkering with tools, building automations and experimenting with AI workflows.

Vion will lead the projects but we need someone who can help implement, build, test and scale systems that improve efficiency across sales, operations and hiring.

This is a paid internship with the potential to become a full-time role for the right person.

What You'll Work On

You will help build systems that support:

Go-to-Market Infrastructure

  • Building and maintaining lead generation pipelines

  • Creating data enrichment workflows

  • Implementing outbound sales systems

  • Supporting account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives

Automation & AI Workflows

  • Building automations that reduce manual work

  • Connecting tools across the tech stack

  • Testing and deploying AI agents and AI workflows

Operational Efficiency Projects

Examples may include:

  • Improving the hiring process

  • Automating internal reporting

  • Building systems for lead research and prospecting

  • Creating tools that help our clients scale sales faster

You will work on real projects used by startup founders and sales teams.

Tools You May Work With

Experience with some of these tools is helpful (but not required):

  • Automation Platforms: n8n, Zapier, Make

  • GTM & Data Tools: Clay, Apify, Instantly, La Growth Machine

  • AI & Workflow Tools: CaludOpenAI / GPT, LangChain or AI agents, Notion AI, Airtable, Google Sheets automations

  • Other Useful Skills: APIs, Web scraping, Data enrichment, Workflow design

If you love learning new tools quickly, you'll do well in this role.

Who This Role Is For
