Team
Blitz is a gaming platform launched in 2021, allowing players to compete in mobile games for real cash prizes (head-up, tournaments, leagues, etc.). It is leveraging a unique game portfolio as well as exclusive games crafted for Blitz to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.
Role
As a Growth Manager, you will own the scaling of a top priority game app, acting as the CMO and strategic counterpart to the CEO. Your mission is simple: grow the game aggressively. You will leverage our full Performance Marketing engine and activate non-paid growth levers to push performance even further.
You will be onboarded by our Growth Central team to build a deep expertise and own the following scope :
Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games.
Execute all our acquisition channels: paid UA but also non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, ASO, and community building (not exhaustive).
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize the impact of available resources.
Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities.
Profile
Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Grande École program).
3+ years of experience in a strategy consulting, investment banking firm
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
Genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps and/or performance marketing.
Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
