Growth Marketer

Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. We are looking for a full-stack Growth Marketer, Enterprise to help figure out and scale what works.

You will own early growth experiments, run rapid tests across channels, and build the foundations of a growth engine from scratch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to help shape strategy, not just execute it.

What you’ll do

• Identify, test, and scale growth levers across paid, email, organic, and additional channels

• Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture flows

• Own top-of-funnel growth with a clear focus on qualified pipeline

• Plan, execute, and optimize webinars, workshops, and in-person or virtual events that drive engagement and pipeline

• Manage and grow community and strategic partnerships, including outreach, recruiting, onboarding, activation, and retention

Who you are

• Generalist with a builder mindset, comfortable in ambiguity and excited by experimentation

• Strong executor who combines creativity with analytical thinking

• Passionate about AI and its impact on how people discover and make decisions

• Collaborative, curious, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in B2B SaaS or early-stage startups is a plus

Location

This is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $140,000 to $190,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
