Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. We’re looking for a full-stack Growth Marketer, Enterprise to help figure out and scale what works. You’ll own early growth experiments, run rapid tests across channels, and build the foundations of a growth engine from scratch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to help shape strategy, not just execute it.
What You’ll Do
Identify, test, and scale growth levers across paid, email, organic, and more.
Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture flows.
Own top-of-funnel growth with a clear eye toward qualified pipeline.
Plan, execute, and optimize webinars, workshops, and in-person/virtual events that drive engagement and pipeline.
Manage and grow our community and strategic partnerships—own outreach, recruiting, onboarding, activation, and retention to keep Profound top-of-mind.
