Full Job Description

Your Opportunity:

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Transcript Editors.

In this role, you will transform raw recorded interviews into polished and edited transcripts in accordance with Software Club guidelines and requirements. Your primary tasks will involve rewriting and editing interview content to ensure clarity, coherence, and accuracy. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong grammar skills are essential to producing high-quality transcripts. While not required, an interest in tech and finance is a plus.

As a Transcript Editor, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with weekly assignments based on your availability. We offer a budget of approximately 20-25€ per finalized transcript, equivalent to 46-60 minutes of recording. We provide training, daily guidance, access to tools, and resources to support your work. This role offers the potential for long-term collaboration with a fast-growing startup.

Your Responsibility:

  • Rewrite and edit the transcribed version of interviews in accordance with Software Club's guidelines and requirements.

  • Ensure transcripts are clear, polished, and accurate following SWC's voice.

  • Complete assignments within specified deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and grammar.

  • Ability to think critically.

  • Proficiency in written English and French is a must.

  • Proficiency in Italian/Spanish/German is a plus

  • Availability to complete transcripts within the specified deadline.

  • Interest in tech and finance is a bonus.

  • Ability to work with confidential data; signing an NDA is mandatory.
