Your Responsibility:

Investment Research:

  • Lead research and data product development on software & technology companies and market segments

  • Manage and mentor a growing team of analysts and associates

  • Conduct in-depth fundamental research and strategic due diligence on public and private software and technology companies

  • Monitor target companies regularly and support the screening of new opportunities

  • Leverage both quantitative modeling and qualitative insights generation through expert interviews

  • Collaborate with experienced ex-Tier 1 management consultants contributing to the research projects

  • Deliver high quality and valuable deliverables that will support decision making on multi-million investments

  • Communicate directly with high-profile customers, including fund managing partners, billionaire entrepreneurs, family office managers

  • Prepare financial research and strategic screening, and communication materials for our members

  • Take on increasing responsibilities and contribute to the continued growth of the research function

  • Lead interviews in English with industry experts and senior stakeholders

  • Drive process improvement initiatives and support the enhancement of research workflows and methodologies

Your Qualifications

Across the firm, we attract motivated, intellectually curious, and analytically rigorous young professionals who are passionate about learning and creating impact. It's highly likely you'll move forward in the process if:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in strategy, research, consulting and business (with several internships in finance/tech/startup or corporate company)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and quantitative analysis capabilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and slide development abilities

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify key insights, synthesize information, and make data-driven recommendations

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and seniority levels

  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency

  • Data-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
