Full Job Description

As a full-service financial planning firm, we at Secure Path Advisory Group help our clients implement retirement plans, establish business planning and large-scale estate plans, and navigate the many challenges of agribusiness planning. We are looking for a new addition to our financial services support team in Sugarcreek, OH.

This position collaborates closely with a team of Investment Advisors to ensure that day-to-day operations of the firm run smoothly and efficiently. It requires a large amount of collaboration with advisors and the administrative team, so the firm’s customers receive a consistent high level of service and support regarding their contract inquiries. This position also requires clear and consistent communication with many people inside the firm as well as with our compliance departments and partner companies.

This position is a 37.5-hour a week full-time salary position with a full benefit package.

Job Summary

You will work under the leadership of the Office Manager and will work in conjunction with other members of our support services team and Investment Advisors.

Duties include:

  • Manage the new business process for the financial advisor and paperwork specialist

  • Process, record and track new business to completion

  • Maintain compliant client files

  • Provide backup when necessary for service work on existing accounts

  • Ability to manage multiple changing priorities and deadlines

  • Prepare monthly production report

  • Manage scheduling for the financial advisor in the Sugarcreek office

  • Enter data in AMS system for commission payouts

  • Maintain administrative functions of the office as required and perform other duties as assigned

  • Work independently and with confidentiality

  • Be a team player

Education / Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience working in an office environment
