About the Role
This role is responsible for building a structured content strategy, driving consistent engagement, and turning social activity into measurable results.
This is not a passive or coordination-only role. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, posting, and performance tracking. Success in this role requires strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to move from idea to execution quickly.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Build and execute a LinkedIn-focused content strategy aligned with business goals.
Own day-to-day LinkedIn posting and account management
Create and maintain a structured social media plan and content calendar
Grow followers and increase engagement through consistent, high-quality content
Content Creation
Write clear, engaging copy aligned with brand voice and positioning
Design posts using Canva or similar tools
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into publish-ready content
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using LinkedIn Analytics, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
Use insights to optimize content, posting cadence, and campaign performance
Provide clear, actionable performance updates
Digital Marketing Support
Support broader digital and B2B marketing initiatives
Contribute to improving overall digital visibility and lead generation
Process & Tool Improvement
Identify tools, workflows, and processes to improve social media efficiency
Recommend improvements to content production, scheduling, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Social Media roles
Strong experience with LinkedIn & Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Experience with Adobe Suite / graphic design tools
Strong experience with LinkedIn content strategy, posting, and audience growth. Experience running LinkedIn campaigns in multiple formats (Sponsored Content, Text Ads, Message Ads, Dynamic Ads, etc.)
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Google Analytics
Experience using Canva or similar design tools
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and professional services environments
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging social content
Comfortable analyzing data and optimizing based on performance insights
Highly proactive and able to contribute with minimal guidance
Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
Plus / Nice to Have
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Familiarity with advanced LinkedIn content formats (e.g., carousels, documents, lead gen forms, thought leadership campaigns), which would make candidates stand out
