About the role

We're hiring an Event Marketing Manager to build and own our event program from the ground up.

The role

You'll lead two things: intimate dinner events for CFOs and finance leaders (both customers and prospects), and our presence at conferences and trade shows. The goal is to get the right people in the room, create genuine conversations, and turn those into relationships that drive our business forward.

If you love traveling, this role is for you! You'll be on the road 2+ weeks per month across the US, hosting dinners, running events, and being the face of LiveFlow at industry shows.

You're a fit if you:

  • Have 2-3+ years in event marketing, field marketing, or community roles

  • Are genuinely extroverted; you get energy from being around people

  • Can walk into a room of strangers and leave with everyone feeling like they made a new connection

  • Are highly organized

  • Can run logistics across multiple cities and events simultaneously

  • Can learn a new domain quickly (we'll teach you finance and accounting)

Nice to have:

  • Background in finance, fintech, or accounting software

  • Existing relationships in the CFO/finance leader community

Location:

This role can be based anywhere in the US. If you are New York based, you'll be working from our office in Flat Iron. We also welcome relocation to New York!
