Customer Success Manager (CSM)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong accounting and financial modeling background to help our customers solve complex financial and operational challenges as they get started with LiveFlow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep problem-solving, working closely with customers, and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging your accounting expertise and analytical skills to help them succeed.
What You’ll Do
Partner closely with customers during their adoption phase to understand their accounting and financial workflows
Solve complex, often ambiguous customer challenges using strong analytical judgment
Build and review financial models to support customer use cases
Translate complex accounting concepts into clear, actionable guidance
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across finance and operations
Serve as a trusted problem-solver and subject matter expert
What We’re Looking For
Strong accounting background with advanced accounting knowledge; CPA, CFA, or investment banking experience preferred
Excellent financial modeling skills
Experience in investment banking, accounting, or a similarly rigorous financial role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving
