Required Experience
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst, with a focus on Beaker, including significant experience in Clinical Pathology (CP) build and testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clinical teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools specific to Epic Beaker and laboratory workflows.
Epic Beaker certification
Growing others and provide guidance on application build and testing
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Beaker integration with Data Innovations.
Familiarity with microbiology workflows and requirements within the Beaker application.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and best practices for data security and privacy.
Hourly range: $70-85, The hourly range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
