About the Role:

The Campaign Solutions and Execution Leader will own the end-to-end strategy, planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. They will translate strategic initiatives into detailed project plans, manage cross-functional resources, and ensure timely, high-quality deployment across channels (email, social, web, events). This role requires a blend of creative project management, technical proficiency in automation tools, and data-driven analysis to optimize campaign outcomes and best practices.

This role is ideal for a transformational leader. You will partner across Marketing Leadership to understand our complete set of projects and activities, allocate and prioritize resources and work closely with our Marketing Insights team to establish best practices by campaign type.

The ideal candidate is an expert in defining and leading the execution of strategic marketing planning, execution, processes and frameworks at scale.

What You Will Do:

  • Campaign Planning & Management: Develop detailed campaign plans, timelines, and budgets for multi-channel initiatives.

  • Operational Execution: Operational Execution: Oversee the setup and deployment of campaigns within the MarTech stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, On24, Zoom, Vidyard, Contentful, Segment, Stensul, Qualified, Intercom)

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with shared services teams (design, content, web) and collaborate with sales/demand gen to ensure alignment.

  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics and apply AI-driven insights to continuously optimize targeting, creative, and channel mix.

  • Data Hygiene & Process: Manage lead lists, data compliance (GDPR/privacy), and consent processes.

  • Stakeholder Management: Work with leadership to align with company goals and report on campaign results.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience: 8–10+ years in marketing roles, specifically in marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA preferred).

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM/Marketing Automation systems (Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, Tableau, etc. AI Tools a strong plus).

  • Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agency partners.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with experience in ROI analysis.

  • Excellent project management skills (timelines, budget, resources).

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and drive change across teams
