Full Job Description

We re looking for a DevOps & Database Engineer with experience in AWS and database optimization to help us strengthen and scale our infrastructure. You ll work closely with our backend, data, and product teams to improve cloud performance, automate deployments, and ensure stability across our services.Experience with AWS Lambda, ECS, VPC, RDS, and tools like Cloudflare or Vercel.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure using tools such as Lambda, ECS, VPC, and RDS under an Infrastructure as Code approach (Terraform, CloudFormation).Implement and maintain container orchestration solutions (ECS / Kubernetes).Monitor and improve RDS database performance indexes, queries, backups, replication, tuning, and security.Apply best practices in security, scalability, and efficiency across production environments.Collaborate with development teams to implement and maintain CI/CD practices.Enhance application performance and security using Cloudflare (DDoS protection, CDN, domain management).Provide technical support for applications deployed on Vercel and other front-end platforms.Monitor infrastructure and handle incident response when required.Document processes and propose continuous improvements in stability, cost, and performance.Requirements4+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure.Strong expertise with AWS (Lambda, ECS, VPC, RDS) and monitoring and improving database performanceAdvanced knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL (tuning, replication, security).Proven experience in CI/CD, automation, and scripting (Bash, Python).Proficiency with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Solid understanding of Linux and networking fundamentals.Hands-on experience with Cloudflare (CDN, security, DDoS protection).Familiarity with Vercel and front-end deployment optimization.Fluent communication in English (oral and written).Nice-to-have:Experience implementing microservices and container-based architectures.Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code (IaC).Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).AWS or Database certifications.Experience working in fintech or digital financial products.Additional Skills:Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.Strong ownership and accountability.Clear communication and team collaboration.What We OfferOpportunity to work on a high-impact project within a fast-growing fintech.100% remote, flexible, results-oriented culture.Collaboration with a solid, multidisciplinary tech team.Exposure to the latest cloud and infrastructure technologies.
