Are you looking for an outstanding opportunity to learn, grow, and launch your insurance career? Nasburg Huggins Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant (CSA) to join our team in Coos Bay, Oregon.
About the Role
As a CSA, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations of our agency. This is an entry-level opportunity into the insurance industry with hands-on training, mentorship, and company-paid licensing. You’ll be trained by experienced Account Managers and leadership as you gain exposure to both Commercial and Personal Lines support.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client needs
Post payments and manage daily incoming/outgoing mail and scanning
Support Account Managers with special projects and client development tasks
Assist in maintaining organized digital workflows and office records
Obtain your Oregon Property & Casualty Insurance License (we pay for training & testing)
Once licensed, assist with more advanced client service activities across Commercial and Personal Lines
Fulfill other administrative and support duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong typing and general computer skills
Ability to self-manage workload and prioritize effectively
Office or administrative experience preferred but not required
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred
