Role Overview
Consultants in our Greeley line of business are integral members of our consulting teams. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of client projects, developing individual team members, expanding our capabilities, and leading firm initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage the overall project, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues to achieve goals
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, drawing upon healthcare knowledge and insights
Coach and mentor junior staff, driving the development of their skills and knowledge
Produce sophisticated, compelling deliverables that motivate clients to action
Support the firm’s growth through contributions to internal initiatives
Qualifications and Desired Skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, knowing when to lead and when to follow
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High level of motivation and a self-starting attitude
Creativity and ability to maintain productivity in sub-optimal environments
Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation and The Joint Commission as applicable to the Medical Staff and Credentialing Requirements
Knowledge of and ability to interpret accrediting body standards related to the organized medical staff, credentialing, and privileging
Strong knowledge of credentialing software functionality
Demonstrated track record of delivering stellar work products in direct support of teams.
6+ years’ experience in medical staff services or provider enrollment management
CPMSM and CPCS preferred. If not certified, expectation of achieving Certified Professional Medical designation
Bachelor’s and/or, Master’s degree preferred
Experience writing business reports
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability and confidence to persuade others and sell your ideas and services.
Proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation and The Joint Commission as applicable to the Medical Staff and Credentialing Requirements
Salary range: $113,500-$154,500, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
