Job Summary:

Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) services include full-service CFO Advisory Services, Controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. In this role, you will be a member of our CAAS group accountable for providing controller-level accounting services, including month-end review and closing of financial records, budgets, and forecasts, and financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage responsibilities of assigned CAAS transactional staff

· Ensure completeness and accuracy of all transaction processing performed by CAAS transaction staff

· Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts for assigned clients

· Manage month-end close for assigned clients

· Assist with the development of financial budgets

· Prepare and analyze financial reporting

· Assist in preparing proposals for CAAS services

Qualifications:

· B.S. degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting with 2+ years of supervisory experience

· Experience with QuickBooks preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Excellent communicator

· Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

· Able to manage priorities and workflow

· Commitment to excellence and high standards
