Role Overview
This is a junior-level role as an Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager, supporting Account Managers in servicing commercial insurance accounts. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals, renewals, and certificates, processing endorsements and policy changes, and communicating with clients and carriers. The hire will work within a team to ensure smooth account operations and contribute to client service efficiency.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll support our Commercial Lines Account Managers in servicing a diverse book of business. You’ll be an essential part of ensuring our clients receive top-tier service, helping keep accounts running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and eager to learn the commercial insurance side of the industry.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Account Managers to service and support commercial insurance accounts
Prepare proposals, renewals, certificates of insurance, and other client deliverables
Process endorsements, policy changes, and required documentation
Communicate with clients, underwriters, and carriers to gather information and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
Assist with daily administrative tasks to support account service workflows
What You Bring
Current Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License
At least 1 year of insurance office experience preferred (commercial lines experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Clear, professional verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
