About the role

Tandem is building technology to transform healthcare. As we scale across healthcare systems and markets, strong and pragmatic legal support is essential to how we grow.

We are looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel who enjoys working closely with business teams and taking ownership of the agreements that power a fast-growing company. In this role, you will partner directly with our sales, partnerships, and leadership teams to structure and negotiate the commercial relationships that enable Tandem’s expansion.

You will work on a wide range of customer agreements, SaaS contracts, and strategic partnerships, helping us move quickly while ensuring our agreements are clear, scalable, and aligned with our long-term goals.

This role is ideal for someone early in their in-house career (or looking to move in-house) who enjoys solving practical problems, navigating ambiguity, and enabling teams to close great deals.


What you will do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, SaaS contracts, and commercial partnerships

  • Work closely with our sales and partnerships teams to support efficient deal execution

  • Help structure strategic commercial partnerships and collaborations

  • Provide clear, pragmatic legal guidance to internal stakeholders

  • Support Tandem as we expand into new markets and jurisdictions

What You Bring

  • Law degree from a recognized university

  • Demonstrated legal working experience, either at a law firm or in-house (ideally both)

  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

  • Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or digital product businesses

  • Strong ability to translate legal complexity into practical advice

  • A collaborative mindset and interest in working closely with commercial teams

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Cross-geographic experience working with markets in the EU
