Full Job Description

Senior Benefits Insurance Services, a Leavitt Group affiliate, is seeking a motivated and service-driven Client Advocate to join their team.

As a key member of our Service Team, you will play an essential role in supporting clients, assisting with Medicare-related questions, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a career in insurance — including earning your Utah Producer License.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to support clients

  • Assist existing and prospective clients with Medicare-related questions, including:

    • Appointment scheduling

    • Basic Medicare education

    • Original Medicare enrollment

    • Medicare card or number delays

    • Penalties, copays, and unexpected costs

  • Assist with preparation and submission of insurance applications

  • Earn your Utah Producer License within an agreed timeframe after hire

  • Support marketing efforts and special projects as needed

  • Manage personal and shared email inboxes with timely, professional responses

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

  • Provide front desk coverage and general office support when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Insurance experience is helpful but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Bilingual skills are a plus, especially:

  • Spanish

  • Tongan

  • Samoan

  • ASL
