Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to meet or exceed set quotas and goals, focusing on the Medical, Academic, Health/Wellness, or Fitness industries.

Please note: prior sales experience in the healthcare, medical, wellness or fitness sector is a requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, promote and sell company products; strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed sales quota.

  • Develop and foster relationships; maintain close communications with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention.

  • Execute sales strategies; adhere to current and any updated strategies, KPI’s and policies.

  • Meet and exceed targets; achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team sales quota and goals for new customer acquisition.

  • Track progress and results; record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.

  • Research and understand target market; stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and the company's overall market opportunity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Prior sales experience in the healthcare, fitness, wellness or medical industry is required

  • Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain high call/ meeting volume daily.
    Proficiency with CRM software (preferably HubSpot).

  • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business using a consultative, relationship-driven approach.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation and effective presentations.

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to travel (at least 45 days per year) for business trips and industry tradeshows.
