Pay: 75k-85k or $60-$70 per hour
Clarksville Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team!

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time available
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour or 75k-85k salary (Hourly or Salary options for full-time employees)
Expected Hours: Flexible based on candidate availability (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Work Location: In-home and school settings in Clarksville and Fort Campbell
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) implementing ABA programs.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals and strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company standards.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
Provide parent training and ongoing support.
Ensure ethical, evidence-based practice in line with BACB guidelines.
Experience & Requirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Tennessee Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
Familiarity with ABA principles and data-driven decision making.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience with high-aggression youth preferred; willingness to work with this population is a must.
Required Training: CPR Certification, HIPAA Compliance Training
Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Clarksville and Fort Campbell.
