As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work side-by-side with our compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Each day, you’ll help children learn new skills, celebrate milestones, and make lasting progress — all while building a rewarding career with a supportive, growth-oriented team.
💙 What You’ll Do
Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home and community
Collect and record data on child behaviors and skill progress
Collaborate with your supervising BCBA during weekly supervision sessions
Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing treatment planning

💪 What You’ll Need
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (we love candidates eager to grow in the ABA field!)
Experience working with children — especially those with special needs
Reliable transportation and an active CPR certification
RBT certification
⚙️ Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, or standing for extended periods
Willingness to work on the floor or in varied environments
