As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work side-by-side with our compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Each day, you’ll help children learn new skills, celebrate milestones, and make lasting progress — all while building a rewarding career with a supportive, growth-oriented team.

💙 What You’ll Do

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home and community

  • Collect and record data on child behaviors and skill progress

  • Collaborate with your supervising BCBA during weekly supervision sessions

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing treatment planning

💪 What You’ll Need

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (we love candidates eager to grow in the ABA field!)

  • Experience working with children — especially those with special needs

  • Reliable transportation and an active CPR certification

  • RBT certification

⚙️ Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, or standing for extended periods

  • Willingness to work on the floor or in varied environments
