Pay: $18-$22 per hour
Finni Health is seeking a dedicated Full-time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team!
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will partner closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver transformative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care to children in their homes. You’ll work one-on-one with families, helping children develop new skills, achieve milestones, and foster independence.
Your Impact:
Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home and community
Collect and record data on child behaviors and progress
Participate in weekly supervision with the Behavior Analyst
Attend regular team meetings to collaborate and share insights

What You’ll Need:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Strong interest in working with children, especially those with special needs
Experience working with children preferred
Reliable transportation
Active CPR Certification required
Must be willing to obtain RBT certification within a specified timeframe
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Capability to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods
Comfort sitting on the floor or standing for prolonged periods
