Associate Insurance Product Manager, Pet

We׳re looking for a talented Associate Insurance Product Manager to join a growing and dynamic team focused on developing Lemonade’s Pet insurance offerings.

You’ll collaborate with our actuarial and underwriting experts to ensure we profitably grow Lemonade Pet, crafting an experience that makes insurance fast, simple, and delightful. As a member of the Insurance Product team, you will help drive forward our product roadmap while monitoring and measuring the progress of key initiatives.

In this role you'll:

• Partner with our actuarial and underwriting experts to work on the development of coverage, pricing levels, and eligibility requirements

• Measure the impact of product changes to support learnings for the future

• Collaborate with the Insurance Operations team to facilitate regulatory approval, and work closely with the Product team to implement new features

• Research market trends and competitor actions and make insightful recommendations to profitably grow the pet business

• Manage effectiveness of current product performance and recommend improvements and enhancements

What You’ll Need:

• 6+ years of P&C experience, with 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience in product development or product management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field

• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with a knack for identifying trends and taking action

• Strong technical skills with SQL, Looker, or similar data visualization tools, and experience creating reports and dashboards

• Ownership mentality, works quickly and efficiently to execute projects

• Superior organizational and project management capabilities, comfortable managing multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment

Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-107,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
