The Leavitt Elite Insurance Advisors, a Leavitt Group affiliate is looking for an Agency Support Specialist to join our team and help deliver a positive experience for both our clients and agency staff.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being part of a busy team environment. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, assisting with phone calls, payments, policy documents, billing questions, and other day-to-day support that helps keep the agency running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Answer and route incoming calls for multiple agency locations in a professional and friendly manner.
Welcome and assist walk-in clients with their insurance service needs.
Process payments and assist clients with billing questions.
Update and maintain client contact information in agency and carrier systems.
Gather and process mortgagee and lienholder changes.
Prepare insurance ID cards, proof of insurance, and other policy-related documents.
Assist clients with towing reimbursement requests.
Support Personal Lines Account Managers with client service and administrative needs.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail when needed.
Complete daily office remittance activities.
Work closely with team members across the agency to ensure excellent customer service.
Participate in agency meetings, training opportunities, and carrier education sessions.
Protect confidential client and agency information.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Previous insurance, administrative, or customer service experience.
Experience with AMS360 or AgencyZoom.
North Carolina Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
