Full Job Description

Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will lead fast-moving, consultative sales cycles with high-growth organizations. You will be instrumental in expanding Profound’s reach across the mid-market and help shape how we scale our go-to-market motion as the team grows.

What you’ll do

  • Own the entire mid-market sales cycle, from targeted prospecting to negotiation and close

  • Develop and execute scalable outreach strategies to drive new business and expand Profound’s footprint across the mid-market

  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline, balancing strategic conversations with efficient execution

  • Build and nurture relationships that turn first deals into long-term partnerships

  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate learnings and refine messaging

  • A proven SaaS closer with experience selling into mid-market accounts and consistently exceeding quota

  • Skilled at running multiple deals in parallel and adapting your approach to fit a fast-moving sales environment

Location

This is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $100,000 to $150,000 before commission.
