Patrianna is a fast-growing product development company building cutting-edge social gaming experiences for millions of players worldwide. Headquartered in Gibraltar with a fully distributed global team, we're on a mission to create seamless, engaging, and scalable games that players love.

We're now expanding our operational engine and looking for a VIP Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the trusted relationship owner for our highest-value players, delivering personalized, high-touch service that drives loyalty, engagement, and long-term value.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for high-value players, delivering personalized, high-touch service across calls, messages, and tailored touchpoints

  • Build strong, lasting relationships through regular, proactive communication to drive loyalty and reduce churn

  • Drive core KPIs: increase player value, improve NGR, and reactivate inactive or at-risk accounts using targeted strategies

  • Deliver personalized experiences: tailored promotions, birthday treats, milestone celebrations, and exclusive events

  • Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to design and execute VIP-specific campaigns, ensuring accurate segmentation and impactful delivery

  • Analyze key metrics (LTV, deposits, activity) to spot trends, identify opportunities, and implement revenue growth strategies

  • Ensure all interactions align with responsible gaming and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

  • Native or fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Proven track record as an Account Manager, VIP Host, or similar role in customer hospitality and care (gaming, iGaming, or related industries)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with high-value customers

  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data and making data-driven decisions

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support global players
