Who We Are
At Patrianna LTD, we’re building a global social entertainment platform with a strong focus on iGaming products for the North American market. Our platform serves up to 150 million players worldwide, and we operate at scale with high demands on performance, flexibility, and content velocity.
Our CMS team is responsible for enabling content management across the entire company - including banners, pop-ups, promotions, onboarding flows, and live-ops content — using modern CMS solutions such as Builder, Prismic and other tools.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our CMS team and take ownership of the technical direction and implementation of CMS-related solutions across multiple products and brands. You will work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other front-end teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that power content-driven features across the platform.
Responsibilities
Technical & Architectural Leadership: Drove the technical strategy for the CMS part of the application, architecting and proposing scalable solutions. Led initiatives to optimize the frontend infrastructure and enhance Core Web Vitals, establishing a high-performance foundation for multiple large-scale projects.
Code Review and Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code is consistently produced.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and progress to non-technical stakeholders, like product owners and management.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve the development process and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
Requirements
Front-End
Experience in React, TypeScript, and Next.js (with App Router);
Strong experience with the full i18n lifecycle for large-scale web applications, including the technical integration of translation management systems (e.g., Crowdin)
Experience with monorepo tools like NX, Turborepo;
Experience with third-party integrations (external APIs, analytics, AB tests);
Experience with SEO optimizations and PageSpeed improvements (CLS, INP, etc);
Building customer-facing and consumer-responsive web applications;
Strong UI/UX experience.
Back-End
Experience with Java and Spring Boot
Good understanding of REST APIs and backend service design
Experience working with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g. Kafka)
