Role Overview
We're looking for a passionate VIP Account Manager to build strong relationships with our high-value players and help drive engagement and retention across our leading mobile games.
Responsibilities
Manage the VIP account management domain in a fast growing, leading product
Evaluate and monitor VIP players KPI trends by initiating campaigns and promotions
Proactively initiate communication with these players over various channels based on personal relationships
Work collaboratively with multiple teams such as analysts, CRM, product and more
Manage and grow our social media community (Facebook, Instagram)
Support & engage our VIP players on a daily basis with all queries & complaints
Requirements
Fluent in English (additional languages a bonus)
Analytical and operational skills
Previous experience within an account management role or similar - advantage
PROACTIVE & “CAN DO” ATTITUDE
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
Full time position with willingness to be able on the weekends when necessary
