We need someone with strong taste, good pacing, and the ability to make footage feel interesting even when it’s just behind-the-scenes moments, random life clips, music video footage, or raw artist content.
What You’ll Do:
Edit YouTube videos, BTS content, and long-form/short-form content
Create clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and fan-style pages
Edit lyric videos, visualizers, and music-driven content
Help find the story, humor, emotion, or chaos inside raw footage
You're a Fit If You:
Have strong experience editing YouTube videos and/or social-first content
Understand pacing, retention, hooks, subtitles, sound design, and comedic timing
Can edit across different styles: vlog, documentary, lyric video, clipper edits, BTS, and music content
Know how to make simple footage feel interesting
Are comfortable working with large files and long-form raw footage
Have good creative instincts and can suggest stronger cuts, moments, or formats
Are reliable, organized, and deadline-driven
Understand internet culture, fan edits, meme pacing, and social media formats
Bonus:
Experience editing for musicians, YouTubers, creators, influencers, or entertainment brands
Strong lyric video or visualizer portfolio
Strong BTS, or vlog editing experience
Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
Important
You must be comfortable handling big files and organizing projects properly. Some content may come from hard drives, long-form shoots, music video footage, BTS archives, or large cloud folders.
Perks
Work directly with the artist’s team
Flexible, remote role
Opportunity to help shape a growing pop artist’s visual world
Room for creative input, not just execution
