ABOUT THE ROLE 

We currently have an opportunity for a psychiatrist with an active Tennessee license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is part time (16 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from an FQHC. Patient population is ages 18+.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Provide a full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatment 

  • Analyze and evaluate patient data and test findings to diagnose nature and extent of behavioral health disorder 

  • Direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments as well as prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders 

  • Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress 

  • Examine or order laboratory tests to provide information on general physical condition and mental disorders 

  • Participate in treatment team activities to include the development and periodic review of treatment plans and to take the necessary steps when an individual refuses treatment 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • Clinicians must have active state license 

  • 1-3 years of experience since obtaining license  

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with technology  

  • Strong communication skills  

  • Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred  

 

POSITION LOGISTICS 

  • 100% remote position 

  • Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality 

  • You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.  

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
