About the Role

Our team is looking for a Technical Lead to join our core product team in Belgrade and help build & scale Rho’s expense management, receipt OCR, and notifications pipeline. We require a team member who can be a key contributor to our technical vision and engineering culture. We expect you to utilize your best-in-class knowledge and talent to help us build a great product on a stable and scalable infrastructure.

What we're looking for on your CV:

• 5+ years of working experience

• 3+ years of experience in leading a team

• Experience with Python, SQL, and API development

• Experience working in complex technical environments involving many partners and services;

• Dedication to building a great product;

Nice to have:

• Back-end background with a focus on web services, data pipelines, security or infrastructure;

• Experience in a start-up or enterprise within a highly technical market segment, such as AI, security, finance, and blockchain or infrastructure;
