We are seeking a Tax Assurance Associate to join our team.

Position Summary

As a tax associate, you will provide tax and consulting services such as preparing federal and state tax returns, researching relevant tax issues, and communicating their impact on clients’ businesses. Additional responsibilities include preparing year-end tax projections and learning to develop and deliver tax planning strategies.

As an audit associate, you will provide services related to planning assurance engagements and preparing financial statements, conducting testing procedures, identifying and assisting in the resolution of client issues, and other financial reporting matters.

Basic qualifications for this associate-level position include:

  • BS or MS in Accounting

  • Solid academic performance and achievement in relevant areas of study

Preferred qualifications for this associate-level position include:

  • Technical accounting knowledge

  • Problem solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to work effectively on a team as well as independently

  • Effective time management skills

  • Relevant internship or work experience is helpful, but not required
