Your proactive, curious, and creative approach will help you build strong talent pipelines, share valuable market insights, and make a real difference in every candidate’s experience. What you’ll do:

  • Proactively identify, approach, and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles.

  • Build and maintain pipelines for critical and recurring positions across the business.

  • Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.

  • Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System

  • Prepare and maintain sourcing dashboards and talent pipeline reports.

  • Share regular updates on market trends, sourcing progress, and candidate pipelines.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience.

  • Support initial candidate screening and interview coordination as needed.

  • Explore new sourcing tools, AI applications, and creative approaches to attract diverse talent.

What you’ll bring:

  • Over 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, whether in-house or agency.

  • Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, with strong skills in Boolean and X-ray searches.

  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining candidate pipelines across various roles.

  • Proficient in using ATS/CRM systems to manage candidate data and reporting.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proactive, curious, and creative, with a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Deep commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.

  • Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about learning new sourcing tools and techniques.
