As Levelpath scales, hiring exceptional talent is critical to our success. This role exists to help us build diverse, high-performing teams across both Go-To-Market (GTM) and Technical functions.

You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top talent in a competitive market. A typical week includes deep sourcing work, creative outreach, market mapping, and close collaboration with teammates in our San Francisco office. You’ll have meaningful ownership over sourcing strategies and the autonomy to experiment, iterate, and continuously improve how we find and connect with great people.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end sourcing efforts for GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Technical (Engineering, Product, Design) roles

  • Build and maintain strong, diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and talent mapping

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities

  • Craft personalized, compelling outreach that reflects Levelpath’s mission, culture, and growth story

  • Engage candidates early in the process to assess interest, alignment, and motivation

  • Track sourcing activity and pipeline health, sharing insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes

  • Continuously experiment with new sourcing strategies, tools, and channels to stay ahead in a competitive market

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, with demonstrated experience across both GTM and Technical roles

  • Hands-on experience sourcing in high-growth, fast-paced environments

  • Strong proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, sourcing extensions)

  • Ability to partner effectively with recruiters and hiring managers across diverse functions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a thoughtful, candidate-first approach

  • A data-informed mindset and comfort using metrics to guide decisions

  • High ownership, curiosity, and bias toward action

While not required, it’s an added plus if you have:

  • Prior experience at an early-stage or Series A/B startup

  • Exposure to B2B SaaS hiring environments

  • Experience sourcing for AI, data, or platform engineering roles

  • Familiarity with building inclusive and representative candidate pipelines

The estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $110,000 – $120,000.
