Your Role as a Strategy Associate

Note: this is a 12- month maternity cover.

What You Will Do

Drive Strategic Sparring & Decision Support

• Drive the strategic agenda for our CEO and leadership team by turning high-level goals into reality.

• Prepare high-stakes Board Meetings and shape critical decision-making formats to guide our growth.

Own Strategic Partnerships

• Actively contribute to the international deal lifecycle, working closely with the project lead to manage and grow our network of product partners.

• Manage everything from the initial commercial logic to final legal execution.

Master Performance Tracking & Data Insights

• Ensure our scaling efforts are backed by data by tracking the ROI of partnerships and product solutions.

Execute High-Impact Special Projects

• Act as the "go-to" for mission-critical strategy projects, such as refining pricing models or exploring new business areas.

• Support M&A activities and other high-stakes initiatives with a strong focus on execution.

Be a Cross-Functional Strategist

• Drive alignment across teams around shared priorities and narratives to ensure a unified vision.

• Translate complex business goals into actionable projects that involve multiple departments.

What You Bring

Experience

• Academic Excellence: You have crushed your degree at a renowned university or business school, specializing in Business, Economics, or a related field.

• High-Growth DNA: You have already spent about a year (or several high-impact internships) in the trenches of a fast-paced startup, strategy consulting firm, or venture capital environment.

• Strategic Exposure: You have a proven interest in scaling businesses and ideally some experience working alongside senior leadership or in cross-functional environments.

Skills

• Analytical Sharpness: You use "first-principles" thinking to deconstruct complex problems and build robust business cases from scratch.

• Communication & Storytelling: You possess the ability to turn complex data into high-stakes board presentations and clear narratives for international partners.

• Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English (German is a huge plus!).

• The "Owner" Mindset: You don’t wait for instructions; you take extreme ownership of your work and thrive when given the freedom to execute.
