Company Overview
We are a growth marketing consultancy that partners with fast-scaling brands. Acting as a fractional marketing team and strategic advisor, we help clients solve their most critical marketing challenges—moving from guesswork to growth. Leveraging AI, data, and creative strategy, we provide end-to-end marketing solutions, including business planning, media activation, campaign execution, and long-term growth strategies.
Our clients are established brands with seven- and eight-figure marketing investments, and we operate with a high bar for clarity, quality, and strategic thinking.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Strategic Account & Growth Manager who can own client-facing strategy and deliverables. This role takes client work off the founder’s plate, shaping insights, building narratives, and delivering outputs that clients trust.
This is not a purely operational role. While execution matters, your primary focus is critical thinking, high-level communication, and representing the business with confidence.
The ideal candidate has an agency or consultancy background, understands how marketing strategy drives business outcomes, and can produce polished, thoughtful work—not just manage processes.
