About the Position: **This is a remote position with occasional travel to the Indianapolis, Indiana area. Candidates within a reasonabledriving distance of Indianapolis are preferred.** Responsibilities: Process Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable transactions for our clientsReconciliation of bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basisRecurring journal entriesWork with clients to provide updates and answer questions, escalating to a Controller when necessary. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in AccountingMinimum of 2 years of related experienceAdvanced knowledge of QBO and experience with cloud-based accounting software and tools (Bill.com, Tallie, Gusto, etc.) preferredPassionate about technology and able to learn new software quicklyStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized with great attention to detail and an emphasis on creating an excellent customer experience Milestone offers competitive compensation and benefits, paid time away from work benefits, and a flexible work environment.Milestone is an equal-opportunity employer.
