About the role and why it s unique: Manage and maintain calendars for multiple executive stakeholders (CFO and CMO primarily), including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and ensuring optimal time management. Oversee shared and individual executive inboxes, ensuring emails are promptly addressed and responded to with professionalism. Track key action items and ensure executives remain informed and aligned on priorities and deliverables. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams or external partners, including the C-suite and their Executive Assistants and/or teams, to facilitate smooth and timely communication. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. Coordinate team processes and logistics, including meeting preparation, planning of off-sites, and full travel management (flights, hotels, transportation, reservations). Who you are: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization. Proficient with leading communication and productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Notion). Highly organized and skilled at prioritization and time management. Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to the evolving needs of multiple executives.
