What you’ll do
Lead implementation of complex projects to establish Ramp.com as the gold standard for brand and product marketing
Work with designers and engineers to maintain and enhance Ramp's brand design system and component library, ensuring consistency across the site
Partner with designers to create interactive experiences that drive site engagement
Design and unblock yourself when design resources are constrained
Work closely with the paid ads and growth teams to conduct A/B testing on landing pages for multi-channel lead generation
What you need
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a front-end or design engineer, ideally on a marketing site
Strong skills in React, CSS and modern frameworks (we use Next.js and Tailwind)
A portfolio site that demonstrates your previous work
Deep understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows.
Experience maintaining a reusable component library and sweating the design details in code
Stellar communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
Nice to Have
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
Experience with web animations (e.g., GSAP, Motion), 3D libraries, or interactive storytelling
Experience working with a CMS (e.g., Sanity)
